Norwegian outlet Stillehavet tease sophomore album with dreamy and groovy gem “Gaia”.
Coming from Bjørnafjorden in Norway, Stillehavet is the indie project of multi-talented artists Marit Elisabeth Svendsbøe Stedje and Gaute Stedje. Four years after their self-titled debut record, they’ll unveil their sophomore effort, Kama Muta, on November 11. The project is teased by another impressive single, “Gaia,” which is both sophisticated and atmospheric. Despite its 6 minute-long, the track manages to keep us in suspension, thanks to its combination of pristine vocals, infectious percussions and a groovy bassline.
