Oslo’s Circumnavigate share a slice of solace in the form of “Shy Love”.
Hailing from Olso, Circumnavigate are a dream-pop quartet now based in London. Drawing from forward-thinking artists such as Bon Iver and Billie Eilish, they combine sharp productions and a dreamy Nordic touch. Their brand new offering, “Shy Love”, was written in lockdown, with the band writing everything over video calls and file transfers and fully produced ‘in house’ by lead singer Sigrid Zeiner. Sigrid’s voice is a blessing: it sounds pure and comforting, exactly the kind of solace you need when you spent a part of 2020 stuck at home. If you like Konradsen or Oh Wonder, this one is for you.
