Stockholm singer-songwriter-producer Elina Eriksson navigates the uncertainty of relationships in new ballad “I Don’t Wanna Be Mad At You”.
Long-term relationships are difficult. It’s a day-to-day challenge, a constant work on yourself. You know it. I know it. Elina Eriksson knows it. Hailing from Stockholm, the up and coming artist appeared on our radar a few months ago with “Discover Her“, a self-crafted song about queer love and unfaithfulness. Her heartfelt new ballad, “I Don’t Wanna Be Mad At You”, seems to start where the previous single was ending.
”You have so much love for that person and the last thing you want is to be mad at that someone, that means the most to you,” she details. “But certain things keep occurring and sometimes it’s inevitable not to fight. It will either bring you closer or it will take a toll on the relationship and might ruin what was so good about it, in the first place”.
