Malmö’s indie pop darling The Land Below shares infectious new single, “Walk Like Nothing,” a few days ahead the release of his new album Whatever comes, we’ll hold the line.
If you are a regular reader of Nordik Simit (I’m sure you are), you already know Erik Lindestad aka The Land Below. Since the beginning of his career back in 2015, we featured his work several times and he also took over our Snapchat for our biggest pleasure.
In case you did not know it, Erik has a new album on the way that’ll be out next week. As we know you’re as impatient as we are to discover it, we share today the latest single of the LP, “Walk Like Nothing.”
The Land Below’s “Walk Like Nothing” is an instant indie pop delight. It has an assumed retro vibe that is inspired by the pop rock of the 90s, according to the artist. Hook after hook, the cheerful track leads us to a solar and radiant chorus and a waterfall of shimmering synth arpeggios. After this track, you won’t doubt about this anymore: summers also exist in Sweden. Listen below.
