Wy release the fourth and final single ahead of their sophomore album Softie.
Swedish artists Ebba and Michel are a couple both in life and studio. Since 2015, they are releasing anxiety and melancholy pop music under the moniker Wy. A few days before the release of their sophomore album Softie, the duo unveils a video for one of the highlights of the 10-track record, “Swedish Summer”.
Don’t expect sunny arrangements and sweet lyrics, though. When Wy depict a Swedish Summer, the sky is generally grey. According to the band, “Swedish Summer is about having too high expectations on yourself.” However, because they like to surprise and be there where you don’t expect them to be, they have also shared a video for the track in which they prove that they also have a fun side.
