Two French pals, Tancrede and Julien, get the chance to fulfill their dreams against an incredible scenery among Norwegian fjords and they record it. The film, shortly after being released on Vimeo, becomes a source of motivation for many people who are just too shy to realize their dreams. “I Believe I Can Fly” reminds us of our never-ending dreams and casts a spell on us because of Norway’s magnificence.
