If it snows, let’s get some Rökkurró and feel more blue. Rökkurró is a 6-person band from Iceland. Vocal’s (Hildur) dark, soft and cold voice matches with cello, eerie ambient guitars, groovy bass and complex drum patterns. All those things make that band to be listened and loved. Rökkurró makes some kind of mix of post-rock and indie. Hildur mostly sings in Icelandic. To be honest, even not to understand Icelandic, we all really enjoy and feel sad when Hildur sings in Icelandic and all other members of the band play their instruments.
