New: Moutain Bird – “Tears Won’t Get Me Anywhere”

Swedish electro-pop artist Mountain Bird moves on with resilient and empowering new single “Tears Won’t Get Me Anywhere”.

Adam Öhman, aka Mountain Bird, follows up on “Clean for You” and “Hiding Under Water” with another emotional banger “Tears Won’t Get Me Anywhere”. The artist, who draws inspiration from his own struggles with anxiety and depression, uses his music as a therapy. An empowering electro-pop banger, his new offering sounds simultaneously personal and universal. About the track, which is the fourth instalment off his forthcoming EP DearBrainLetMeSleep, he commented:

“I do most things in my life in isolation.  I’ve spent my life focusing on music while suffering from both social anxiety and depression.  They come during hard periods and everything is dependent on trying to keep myself together. Some nights, I cry because I’ve put too much pressure on myself.  So, I wrote this song as a ‘fight-anthem’ to remind myself that tears won’t get me anywhere.”
